Katerina Biloruska

KATERINA BILORUSKA is one of the founders of Parimatch Tech’s online betting business, which expanded from the local market and became well-known worldwide. She oversees the company’s central operations, growth strategies and leads CSR development.

Katerina is also the Chairwoman of the Parimatch Foundation. Since its establishment in 2019, the Foundation’s mission has been to promote the health and well-being of communities through educating and engaging children in sports while providing equal opportunities for everyone. As the Foundation’s Chairwoman, Katerina develops relations with the public sector to highlight how vital cooperation between business and government is.

Katerina began her career at Parimatch Holding in 2011 as an Account Manager in the Business Development department. The following year, she became a Project Manager in this department and held the position until 2016. During this time, she was involved in developing and implementing projects which played a crucial role in the international growth of the Parimatch brand. In 2014, she was a member of the team tasked with establishing operations in Kazakhstan—a fast-growing betting market.

In 2017, Katerina was appointed Chief Business Development Officer at Parimatch Holdings’ development in Cyprus. This role entailed two primary responsibilities. Firstly, she helped to grow the company’s operations in Cyprus by leading the Parimatch brand to obtain a Class B licence for establishing an online platform in the market. Secondly, she managed several central operations from the company headquarters in Cyprus, including Human Resources, Public Relations, and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

In 2019, Katerina was appointed as Head of Corporate Development. Her role was focused on company operations related to CSR and advancing Parimatch’s brand among internal and external audiences. Corporate Social Responsibility is undertaken through the Parimatch Foundation, a non-profit organization established by the Parimatch brand.

As for 2022, the Parimatch Foundation actively implements the CSR agenda in Ukraine, Cyprus, and Kazakhstan. Its systemic programmes for children and their families are devoted to sports development, education and mental health.


Before joining Parimatch Tech, Katerina graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and held a master’s degree in journalism.
