Her role at 934 is to build a world class coaching faculty for today’s leaders and the next generation. Effervescent, creative and challenging, she helps leaders create environments in which their people can do their very best thinking, play to their unique strengths so they flourish and thrive as individuals and teams. Her mission is to help leaders raise the bar on themselves, their teams and organizations to maintain high levels of performance and realise their potential. 

Helen is a practicing positive psychologist, who loves to work with self-motivated leaders who are ambitious, often with an audacious vision for the future and what can be! She has over 30,000 hours of client coaching expertise. Her work focuses primarily on C-Suite leaders and their teams. She is also deeply passionate about helping the next generation of leaders, high potentials in both enterprise technology companies, professional services, start-ups and nonprofits.

Helen is hugely passionate about the potency of coaching to enable transformational change and as such is a tutor and faculty member of Meyler Campbell, a world renowned executive coach training organisation. Her graduates have included executives from Google, Microsoft, Egon Zehnder, Spencer Stuart, Linklaters, Dentons, Making the Leap, Warner Bros, Kings College London and McKinsey’s.
