These outstanding individuals have showcased remarkable achievements, fresh thinking, and a deep commitment to shaping the future of the industry.
We are honoured to recognise the following rising stars as part of the ISC 30 Under Thirty:
Josie Jessop – Premier League (formerly CAA Brand Consulting)
Josie Jessop was a standout rising star at CAA Brand Consulting, where her professionalism, creativity and leadership drove major impact across global sports partnerships. A lifelong football enthusiast and first-generation graduate, she consistently delivered exceptional results for world-class clients. Both results-driven and people-focused, Jessop established herself as a trusted colleague, skilled relationship builder and role model for young talent across the organisation. Beyond her client work, she was also a cultural leader within CAA, championing women in sport, building community, mentoring young talent and supporting charitable initiatives. Josie has recently joined The Premier League.
Lorenzo Arrigoni – Infront Sports & Media AG
Lorenzo Arrigoni is a rising talent in global sports media, specialising in media rights, digital innovation, and partnership development. As Senior Manager at Infront Sports & Media AG, he leads major negotiations across key European markets, helping rights-holders like Lega Serie A expand visibility and commercial growth. His experience at OneFootball and SportBusiness further strengthened his expertise in OTT streaming and industry analysis.
Luis Weekes – Prorizon
Luis Weekes is an exceptional emerging leader in sport technology, combining elite athletic experience with advanced data science expertise to drive innovation in performance and health analytics. A Commonwealth and international swimmer for Barbados, he brings firsthand insight into elite sport to his scientific work. As a Data Scientist at Prorizon, he has played a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge mind–body load and readiness algorithms, advancing ethical athlete-centred AI and strengthening the company’s scientific foundations.
Enes Alan – Samsunspor
Enes Alan is a results-driven football business professional with a strong blend of legal, commercial, and football industry training. In 2025, he joined Samsunspor as Senior Specialist for Partnerships and Commercial Products, leading revenue growth, brand partnerships, premium sales, and merchandising within the Amissos multi-club model.He previously delivered a record premium sales performance for the Washington Spirit, generating over $700,000 and multiple sellouts. A published author and lecturer, Enes is recognised for clarity, discipline, and turning purpose-driven projects into sustainable commercial impact.
Ricardo Santos – Magycal
Ricardo Santos is a rising sports-tech leader whose unique blend of football refereeing experience and engineering expertise drives impactful digital innovation. As Project Manager of SPORT TV’s Digital Hub at Magycal, he leads product strategy for an ecosystem used by over 3.7 million fans nationwide. His work has delivered major user growth, award-winning features, and industry-recognised design and engagement breakthroughs. At just 28, Ricardo exemplifies the next generation of sports and media innovators.
Elliot Keen – British Cycling
Elliot Keen is a self-taught, exceptional creative professional and Lead Photographer at British Cycling, whose work combines technical mastery with emotional storytelling. He has transformed the organisation’s visual identity, delivering campaigns that generate millions in revenue while capturing the human side of cycling. Elliot excels under pressure, producing award-winning content at international events and leading creative teams with calm, collaborative authority. Shortlisted for the British Photography Awards three times, he embodies creativity, leadership, and impact in British sport.
Emily Spooner – LS Events
Emily is an emerging talent in sports event design, currently shaping fan experiences at LS Events for major international events, including the Formula E London E-Prix and the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix. Since joining in 2023, she has progressed to a leading venue design, blending technical precision with creative vision to optimise layouts, safety, and spectator engagement. Her work combines operational functionality with immersive, fan-centric environments, demonstrating exceptional skill in 3D planning, rendered visuals, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Emily’s passion for sports and her dedication to creating memorable, inclusive spaces mark her as a rising leader in live sports event design.
Laura Donovan – Octagon
Laura Donovan drives Octagon’s global growth, leading campaigns for the FIFA World Cup, Olympics, Ryder Cup, and top leagues, including the NFL, EPL, MLB, and NBA. She has strengthened business development, achieving an 85% pitch-to-win rate and expanding client work with brands like Coca-Cola, Amazon, and BMW. Known for blending creativity, structure, and strategic insight, Laura has consistently elevated client engagement, operational performance, and global fan experiences, establishing herself as a transformative leader in sports business.
