Corinne joined the Irish Football Association in 2019 to implement and embed a strong risk management framework and culture. Her ongoing collaboration across the Board, Senior Leadership Team and wider staff team ensures continued focus. She is responsible for providing detailed updates to the Audit and Risk Committee.
Corinne leads the Safeguarding and Welfare team that provide policy and procedural support and advice across football in Northern Ireland as well as welfare support to those young people in the international representative squads.
Responsible for the areas of Anti-doping and Integrity, Corinne developed education strategies in both areas, rolling out education, with the key aim of building knowledge, across clubs and players to help mitigate integrity risks facing football in Northern Ireland. This season, Corinne has engaged key stakeholders including the Northern Ireland Football League and UK Anti-Doping to introduce the first formal domestic doping control testing programme in Northern Ireland.
Corinne is an advocate for female development and acts as a mentor in both a formal and informal capacity.
