Will leads the global expansion of the NFL’s social impact, including oversight of the NFL Foundation UK, the NFL’s first international charity. He is also responsible for expanding the growth of the NFL Flag Programme in the UK & Ireland and increasing the NFL’s connectivity across Government & other relevant bodies. Prior to joining the NFL in 2019, Will was Director of Arsenal FC’s charity, The Arsenal Foundation. In January 2024, he was appointed Chair of Middlesex in the Community, the charitable arm of Middlesex Cricket.
