Its three core divisions—government engagement and advocacy, immigration solutions, and international growth strategies—offer an integrated approach to solving the unique challenges of the global entertainment ecosystem.

Before founding Jetr Global, Travis served as Head of International Government Affairs for the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he managed all immigration and visa matters during a period of significant global expansion. His role supported the NBA, WNBA, 2K League, G League, and Basketball Africa League. Travis oversaw complex immigration processes, working closely with U.S. and foreign government agencies. His expertise was instrumental in securing Brittney Griner’s release from unlawful detainment in Russia in 2022, a milestone recognized in The Washington Post.

Earlier in his career, Travis served as a United States Foreign Service Officer, representing the United States in embassies in Ecuador, Suriname, and Côte d’Ivoire. He also worked in Washington, D.C., in the Sports Diplomacy Division of the Department of State, where he promoted sports as a tool for global engagement and diplomacy. Prior to his diplomatic service, Travis was Chief of Staff and Campaign Manager for now-U.S. Senator Jerry Moran and began his professional journey as an award-winning radio journalist in Kansas.
