Shaun Hamilton is an international sport executive and academic specialising in international federation governance, athlete pathways, and sport-for-health systems. He serves as President of the International Jump Rope Union (IJRU), leading global strategy, governance alignment, and standardised competition frameworks that support long-term sport sustainability. Shaun holds a Master of Public Health, is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dayton, and a PhD candidate in Higher Education Leadership. A former World and U.S. Jump Rope Champion, he is a frequent contributor to international sport forums on governance credibility, athlete-centered policy, and health-oriented sport models
