Good to know: you can enter the same project into more than one category. Just make sure each entry is written to that category’s criteria.
Tips from the Awards Team
Show the impact, not just the activity. Judges want to see what changed because of your work. Results, numbers and outcomes stand out far more than a list of what you did.
Back it up. Testimonials, images, charts and video links all strengthen your case and make your entry memorable.
Tailor every entry. If you’re entering several categories, rewrite your submission for each one. A generic entry rarely beats one written for the criteria.
Don’t leave it to the last day. A strong entry takes time to pull together, especially if you need sign-off or figures from colleagues.
ISC 30 Under Thirty Awards
Who’s your rising star?
Every organisation has one: the person under 30 who’s already punching above their weight. The ISC 30 Under Thirty Awards put them in the spotlight. Previous winners came from SailGP, TikTok, Sportradar, Wasserman and the DFL.
For employers, nominating someone shows the industry you invest in talent and helps attract the next generation to your team. For individuals, self-nominations are welcome and a great way to build your profile.
Nominations also close on 6 November at 23:00 GMT.
