The International Sports Convention (ISC) is now taking applications for the ISC 30 Under Thirty Awards, Class of 2026/2027. The awards celebrate young professionals across sport, media and entertainment who stand out for their passion, creativity and brilliance. These are the people already shaping where the industry goes next.
Entries close on 6 November 2026, so there’s no time to lose.
Why apply?
Talent alone doesn’t always get noticed. The ISC 30 Under Thirty Awards give the next generation of sports business leaders the recognition they’ve earned, and they also recognise the organisations helping that talent grow.
- For individuals: recognition across the industry, a stronger personal brand and a place among the young professionals leading the business of sport.
- For employers: nominating your rising stars shows you invest in emerging talent. It also makes your organisation a place the next generation wants to work.
Who can apply?
If you work directly in the business of sport, or support the sports, media and entertainment industries, you’re eligible. That includes:
- Governing bodies and federations
- Professional clubs
- Agencies
- Technology companies
- Brands
You can nominate yourself, and companies can nominate their employees. If someone on your team has had a standout year, make sure they get the credit.
How to apply
Keep it simple and make it count:
- Write a 1–2 page submission. Explain why the nominee has shown exceptional talent, and include their full name, organisation and job title.
- Focus on this year. Applications should cover work and achievements from the current year.
- Bring it to life. Images, charts, testimonials and video links are all welcome as supporting material.
- Keep it sharp. There’s no word limit, but focused submissions that are easy to read stand out. PDF format is recommended.
