ISC 30 Under Thirty Awards

The International Sports Convention (ISC) 30 Under Thirty Awards celebrates young professionals that have demonstrated passion, creativity and brilliance within the Sports, Media, and Entertainment Industry.

It’s an opportunity to celebrate and support the young bright minds in Business of Sport and for organisations helping young talent thrive.

For companies nominating their employees it showcases the importance of emerging and developing talent. It also helps attracting new young talent. In addition helping them in their professional journey.

For individuals it rewards them with recognition and helps develop their personal brand.

Application Fee for all applicants is: 195 GBP plus VAT.

Applications are open to anyone working within the Business of Sport directly or supporting the sports, media and entertainment industries. These can be governing bodies, professional clubs, federations, agencies, tech companies, brands. A company or and individual can nominate themselves.

Applications close: November 06th 2026

Application fee for all nominees is: 195 GBP plus vat. 

To be considered: Please send a 1-2 page description why the person has shown exceptional talent. Please include within the application their full name, organisation and job title.

  • Is there a word limit for the applications?
    No, there is no set word limit for applications. We encourage you to provide enough detail to clearly demonstrate your work, achievements, and impact, while keeping your submission focused and easy to read.
  • What format should the application be submitted as?
    We recommend submitting your application as a PDF wherever possible.
  • Can I submit more than one application?
    Yes. You are welcome to submit applications for multiple categories if your work meets the eligibility criteria for each.
  • Can I enter the same project into multiple categories?
    Yes, where appropriate. If a project is relevant to more than one category, you may submit it multiple times. However, we recommend adapting each application to demonstrate how it meets the specific objectives of each category.
  • Can I include supporting materials?
    Yes. We encourage you to include supporting materials where they help strengthen your application. This may include images, graphics, charts, testimonials, or links to videos and other online content that demonstrate your work and its impact.

    If you experience any difficulties uploading supporting materials as part of your application, please submit your application first and then email the additional files to erin@internationalsportsconvention.com, clearly stating your application name and category. We will ensure they are attached to your submission for the judges to review.
  • What time period should my application cover?
    Applications should primarily focus on work, projects, or achievements undertaken during the current year. If your submission relates to an initiative or programme that spans a longer period, please contact us in advance of submitting your application. We will be happy to advise on eligibility and the most appropriate way to present your submission.
