The International Sports Convention (ISC) is pleased to announce Marissa Pace as speaker for the ISC 2020 edition taking place on June 17-18, 2020 at the new world-class sports and entertainment destination of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Marissa is Chief Marketing Officer for World Rugby. Today marks the start of the Rugby World Cup in Japan.
Marissa is responsible for the international federation’s fan-engagement and marketing strategies and was appointed in January 2019.
Marissa brings to World Rugby a wealth of sports marketing experience as a proven digital marketing innovator, having pioneered F1’s first digital marketing strategy reporting directly to Bernie Ecclestone, which led to significant new revenue opportunities and growth for the business. She also drove FanVision Entertainment’s digital marketing, B2B and B2C sales and international operations. Pace has also with major brands such as Coca-Cola and Club Med on agency accounts.
The focus of ISC 2020 in London is on the Business of Sport with around 1500 participants, including approximately 150 speakers with 7 sports business conferences, 3 masterclasses running over the 2 days, as well as private roundtables and a range of hospitality and networking platforms. The event features comprehensive content and speakers from the Broadcast, Digital, OTT, Brands, Sponsorship, Integrity, Major events and Technology. There will be 5 main stages each day.
