There are no boundaries to the potential of sport for Women and Girls.
That’s the message from Metro Bank’s Director of Brand and Marketing, Danielle Lee, speaking to over 100 branding and sponsorship professionals at the ISC Brand and Sponsorship Summit hosted by Unilever.
Discussing Metro Bank’s partnership with the England and Wales Cricket Board, on the day England’s Women launched their T20 World Cup campaign in the UAE, Danielle explained that it was the first ECB partnership specifically focussed on Women and Girls…”a partnership with purpose and purpose builds brands.”
“Metro Bank’s objective from the partnership is to deliver confidence, social mobility and career opportunities”, added Danielle.
The Metro Bank/ECB partnership intends to triple the number of Girls’ cricket teams by 2026.
