ISC 30 Under Thirty
The ISC 30 Under Thirty Awards celebrates young professionals that have demonstrated passion, creativity and brilliance within the Sports, Media, and Entertainment Industry. It’s an opportunity to celebrate and support the young bright minds in Business of Sport and for organisations helping young talent thrive.
For companies nominating their employees it showcases the importance of emerging and developing talent. It also helps attracting new young talent. In addition helping them in their professional journey.
For individuals it rewards them with recognition and helps develop their personal brand.

“We believe in an industry where people should be enabled to grow their careers, wherever their next steps may take them. The 30 under Thirty is one way that we can recognise this emerging talent, allowing the sports industry to highlight its great work off the pitch”.
Application fee for all nominees is: 300 GBP plus vat. This includes a full delegate ticket to the International Sports Convention 2025 regardless of whether you are actually in the final 30 list. This is ISC way of also ensuring greater diversity at ISC with more younger people attending. It should be noted therefore that a normal delegate ticket is 695 GBP plus vat.
To be considered: Please send a 1-2 page description why the person has shown exceptional talent. Please include within the application their full name, organisation and job title.
