Andrew Ephgrave

Andrew joined the ICC Integrity Unit in April 2019, bringing his wealth of Investigative experience to the role of Senior Investigator. He is part of a team responsible for preventing, disrupting and investigating breaches of the ICC’s Anti-Corruption code.

Prior to joining the ICC he was a Senior Investigating Officer with the UK National Crime Agency. There he was responsible for overseeing investigations into Organised Crime Groups from the UK, who were operating across the world. One of these Investigations was into a Group who were able to provide inside information into Cricket tournaments taking place Globally. This led to three men being convicted and imprisoned for Bribery offences.

Andrew started his Law Enforcement career with Merseyside Police, where he undertook a variety of Investigation and Intelligence roles. He left them in 2016 to join the National Crime Agency, having achieved the rank of Detective Chief Inspector, where he was responsible for leading and coordinating activity in response to Organised Crime in Liverpool.
