Jonathan (Jonny) Gray is the first Chief Executive of the Tennis Integrity Unit (TIU). His appointment was one of the recommendations of the recent Independent Review of Integrity in Tennis. He is responsible for leading the continued growth and development of the TIU as it evolves into a new broader-based, independent integrity organisation for professional tennis worldwide; soon to include the Tennis Anti-Doping Programme. Jonny joined the TIU from a 15 year career as a senior partner in Control Risks where most recently he led their global Sport and Major Events Practice. Jonny’s first career was in the British Army where he reached the rank of Colonel. He has an M.Phil. in International Relations from St John’s College, Cambridge and won the “Sword of Honour” at RMA Sandhurst.
