Nick Payman

Nick Payman is the Head of Guinness for GB, leading on the marketing strategy for the Guinness Trademark including Guinness Draught, 0.0 and the recent launch of Guinness Nitrosurge. His role includes shaping Guinness’s role in sport which most notably spans rugby with their long-standing partnership of the Men’s and Women’s 6 Nations and recently as the official beer and non-alcoholic beer of the Premier League. 

Since joining Diageo 10 years ago Nick has worked in numerous global and market roles covering brands including Smirnoff, Captain Morgan and Tanqueray. Prior to joining Diageo he spent five years at Arsenal Football Club in their marketing and sponsorship team.
