Nuria Hernandez Crespo

Nuria has over 26 years’ experience in Unilever. Starting in Spain within R&D, her career spans Marketing, Customer Development and General Management. A chemist by trade, Nuria found a passion for innovation and brands working across multiple marketing roles.

Following her success in Spain, Nuria became Beverages Vice President in Europe, then moved into General Management roles, first in Greater Caribbean, then Chile and Personal Care General Manager for LATAM.

Nuria’s passion for building brands into culture help her craft a culture of prioritisation, experimentation, and speed.  At the heart of Nuria’s leadership is a focus on people, collaboration, and experimentation to do things differently.
