Samuel Okafor

Samuel Okafor joined Kick It Out in 2024 from the banking industry, where he was most recently Executive Director at Coutts and NatWest. He was also a driving force in advancing the EDI agenda at NatWest Group, where he served for over two decades, additionally co-leading the Group’s Racial Equality Taskforce.

Samuel grew up in south London, signing for Colchester United as a scholar and player. He then went on to play for various non-league clubs. He also holds several board positions across the charitable sector.
