Currently Disciplinary and Integrity Executive at the Football Association of Wales (FAW), Tomos is
responsible for investigating disciplinary matters in the top three tiers of Welsh football, as well as
conducting disciplinary and appeal panel hearings. In addition, he is accountable for the
implementation of the FAW’s integrity strategy, including educating players and officials on the threat
posed by match manipulation and investigating prospective cases.
Having graduated with a degree in Law and French (LLB), Tomos proceeded to study a renowned
multidisciplinary Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Sports Ethics and Integrity, which has served as the basis for my professional experiences within the field. Prior to his current role at the FAW, he worked as a sports ethics and integrity researcher, consultant and contributor in areas such as anti-
doping, player welfare and sports governance. Tomos a native speaker Welsh speaker and is passionate about advancing the interests of Welsh football at an international level.
